How Xbox All Access Works

Anyone who wants All Access must open a Citizens One Line of Credit. Citizens One, which is a brand name of Citizens Bank, N.A., provides the financing for Xbox All Access. There are no application fees, annual fees, late fees, or early repayment fees for this payment plan but you do need to qualify according to the bank’s requirements. Upon approval and purchase of the Xbox All Access bundle from a retailer, you will receive an Xbox console and a code for 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. After that, you will receive a monthly statement with Citizens One recommended automatic monthly payments. After the 24-month period, you may keep the Xbox console that came with the bundle. Any returns or cancellations are subject to the retailer’s return policies.

How to Upgrade to a Next-Gen Xbox With All Access

If you already have an Xbox One S from your Xbox All Access bundle, you can take advantage of the All Access upgrade program to get a next-generation Xbox console. If you are in a contract now and have made the equivalent of 18 monthly payments you are eligible to upgrade to an Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X bundle. After qualifying for and purchasing an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S bundle from a retailer, you would then mail your Xbox One S back to Microsoft with a provided trade-in kit.
